White Meat, No Heat Chili
In a large saucepan, brown turkey over medium heat until cooked through, breaking up with the back of a wooden spoon as it cooks. Stir in water, beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, dried onion, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt and ground black pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
