  • Line an 8x8x2- or 9x9x2-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Lightly coat the foil with nonstick spray; set aside.

  • In a 2-quart heavy saucepan, heat baking pieces and sweetened condensed milk over low heat just until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in pistachios, cranberries and orange zest.

  • Spread evenly in prepared pan. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours or until firm. To cut, use foil to lift fudge from pan. Cut into small squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
