  • In large saucepan, cook potatoes in salted boiling water 20 to 25 minutes or until tender. Drain; return to saucepan.

  • Beat the potatoes in the saucepan with an electric mixer until mashed. Add cream cheese, garlic, chives, salt and pepper. Beat until combined. Gradually add enough milk to make fluffy.

  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with the paprika and dot with the butter. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated.

Tips

Prepare potatoes as directed. Cover and chill the casserole dish up to 24 hours. Uncover, sprinkle with paprika, dot with butter and bake, covered, in a 350 degree F oven for about 45 minutes or until heated through.
