In a large bowl, stir together the sour cream, flour, and melted butter.
Finely chop the potatoes (you should have about 2 cups). Add to the sour cream mixture along with remaining ingredients, tossing until combined. Transfer to an 8x8x2-inch baking dish.
Bake in a 350 degree F oven 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm. Makes 4 to 6 side-dish servings.
