  • Overlap three turkey slices so meat is the same length as the breadsticks. Spread meat with 2 tablespoons cream cheese. Place one green onion, one pickle slice, and one breadstick on edge of turkey. Roll up so meat is wrapped around breadstick. If desired, roll one or two lettuce leaves around outside of sandwich. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 4 sandwiches.

  • Wrap each sandwich tightly in plastic wrap. Chill up to 24 hours. Pack in insulated containers with ice packs. Makes 4 servings.
