For a charcoal or gas grill, grill patties on the greased rack of a covered grill directly over medium heat for 14 to 18 minutes or until done (165° F), turning once*.
Serve burgers in rolls with lettuce and top with cranberry sauce.
Preheat broiler. Place patties on the unheated greased rack of a broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 12 to 14 minutes or until done (165° F), turning patties halfway through broiling time.
