  • Preheat a panini press. Split sub roll in half lengthwise. Spread cut sides with mustard. Place 2 slices cheese on top half and 2 slices on bottom half. On bottom half of roll, layer pickle slices, ham and turkey. Close sandwich. Spread softened butter on top and bottom of roll. Place sandwich in panini press; cover and cook until browned and crisp, about 5 minutes. Cut sandwich in half to serve.
