  • Prepare popcorn according to package directions. Open bag carefully and place in a very large mixing bowl. Immediately coat lightly with cooking spray or toss with butter. Sprinkle warm popcorn with Cinnamon-Chocolate Seasoning Mix;* toss gently to coat.

  • Add cereal, marshmallows, peanuts, golden raisins and chocolate pieces; toss gently to coat. Store mixture in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.

Cinnamon-Chocolate Seasoning Mix

In a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid, combine one 4-serving-size package sugar-free fat-free chocolate-flavored instant pudding and pie filling mix and 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon. Cover and shake to combine. Store at room temperature for up to 6 months. Makes about 6 tablespoons (enough for 6 snacks).

*Tip

Force the mixture through a small sieve with a spoon to get the mixture to distribute evenly over the popcorn.
