Turn breakfast into dinner! This salad is loaded with all the flavors of your favorite bagel shop--smoked salmon, avocado, cucumber, jammy eggs, bagel chip "croutons" and creamy dressing.
In a serving dish, arrange lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and salmon. Top with eggs and bagel crisps. Sprinkle with pepper.
For dressing, in a small bowl, stir together yogurt and bagel seasoning. Slowly add milk to reach a drizzling consistency. Serve salad with dressing.
In a small saucepan, bring water to boiling. Using a slotted spoon, lower eggs into water. Reduce heat to maintain a gentle boil. Boil 8 minutes for jammy (not set) yolks.
To make your own bagel seasoning, mix together 2 teaspoons each poppy and sesame seeds; 1 teaspoon each dried minced garlic and onion; and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
