Add broth, the water and chili-garlic sauce. Bring to boiling. Add pot stickers and edamame. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until pot stickers are cooked through. Add cabbage; cook 1 minute more. Served topped with green onion tops, sesame seeds and a drizzle of sesame oil.
Chili-garlic sauce (sambal oelek) is widely available. Look for black sesame seeds at specialty spice stores.
