• Thaw fish, if frozen. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Measure thickness of fish. Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil; lightly coat foil with cooking spray.

  • Brush both sides of fish with honey-mustard salad dressing. Combine chips and herb in a shallow dish; coat fish on both sides with chip mixture. Place fish in prepared baking pan.

  • Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 450 degree F oven for 6 to 8 minutes per 1/2-inch thickness or until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork. Serves 4.
