  • Thaw the shrimp, if frozen. Rinse shrimp; pat dry. In a medium bowl, stir together the lime peel, lime juice, cooking oil, fresh cilantro or parsley, jalapeno pepper, and garlic. Add the shrimp and toss to coat.
