  • In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring just to boiling, stirring often. Remove from heat; cover and let stand at room temperature for 6 hours or overnight. Set a fine mesh sieve over a small bowl. Strain the mixture through the sieve; discard solids. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use or up to 5 days. Makes about 1/2 cup.
