In a small bowl, stir the lemon juice into the herb mix; set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat butter with electric mixer on medium speed until softened. Beat in garlic and herb mixture. Cover and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Let stand at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes to soften before serving, if you like. Makes 1 cup.
Prepare Five-Herb Butter as directed. Store, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
In a mixing bowl, combine parsley flakes, thyme, oregano, savory, and dillweed. Transfer to a storage container; cover tightly. Store at room temperature. Use to make Five-Herb Butter or to season meats and vegetables. Makes 2/3 cup.
