In a large saucepan, combine catsup, apple cider or juice, apple-cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground white pepper. Bring to boiling. Stir in grated, peeled apple, grated onion, and grated green pepper. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes or until its thick, stirring often. Makes 1-3/4 cups.
