• Spread cut sides of hoagie bun bottoms with cream cheese. Spread cut sides of hoagie bun tops with mustard. Layer turkey, bacon, jalapeno slices, and Swiss cheese atop the cream cheese on bun bottoms. Top with bun tops, spread sides down.

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place two of the sandwiches in the hot skillet; reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly toasted, turning once. Repeat with remaining sandwiches. Makes 4 sandwiches.
