  • Slice the bread in half horizontally. Toast the cut sides on a hot griddle, in a large skillet or under the broiler.

  • Spread creamy garlic salad dressing on the cut side of the bottom half of loaf. Arrange over dressing in following order: salami, tomatoes, provolone cheese, roasted sweet peppers, ham and romaine leaves. Cover with remaining half loaf, cut side down. Cut sandwich into wedges.
