Place spinach in a large bowl. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed. Cut large strawberries in half; add berries to salad.
In a screw-top jar, combine salad oil, red wine vinegar, sugar, dillweed, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard, and pepper. Cover; shake. (Dressing may be prepared several hours before serving; chill. Shake well before using.)
Pour dressing over mixture in bowl; toss gently. Makes 6 servings.
