  • In a screw-top jar, combine all of the ingredients.

  • Cover and shake well (be sure all pectin is dissolved). Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before using.

  • To store any remaining dressing, cover and refrigerate it for up to 3 days. Shake the dressing before serving. Makes about 1/2 cup (eight 1-tablespoon servings.)
