Juicy Mandarin oranges and toasted almonds dress up this side-dish salad.
Prepare Tarragon Dressing; chill until ready to use in recipe.
In a large salad bowl, combine greens, Mandarin orange sections, celery, onions and parsley.
Pour enough of the dressing over the salad to coat; toss gently. Sprinkle the toasted almonds over the top. Serve immediately. Makes 8 servings.
In a jar with a screw top, combine salad oil, tarragon white wine vinegar or white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, bottled hot pepper sauce and a dash ground black pepper. Cover and shake. Chill in the refrigerator till serving time.
