  • Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, and pepper. Add carrots, sweet pepper, and onion. Toss lightly to coat. Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving. Makes 6 servings.
