  • In a medium bowl, combine grapefruit sections, fennel slices, apple, cilantro and green onions. In a screw-top jar, combine lemon juice, oil, salt and black pepper. Cover and shake well; pour over slaw. Toss lightly to coat. Let stand for 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Makes 4 side-dish servings.
