  • Prepare muffin mix according to package directions, except stir in cheese and cumin. Spread in a greased 8x8x2-inch or 8x1-1/2-inch round baking pan. Bake in a 400 degree F oven about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve the corn bread warm. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
