In a large skillet, cook and stir turkey and garlic in hot oil over medium-high heat about 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Stir in salsa, raisins, honey, cumin, and cinnamon. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, bring water and salt to boiling. Stir in couscous. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving. Serve turkey mixture over couscous and top with almonds. Makes 4 servings.
