  • In a blender container, combine all the ingredients except the chicken. Cover and blend until nearly smooth.

  • Rub all surfaces of the chicken with the herb mixture.

  • Place chicken pieces, bone sides up, on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals.* Grill for 35 to 45 minutes or until tender and no longer pink, turning pieces over halfway through cooking. (Or to bake chicken, arrange pieces in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan or dish. Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until tender and no longer pink. Don't turn pieces.) Makes 4 servings.
