In plastic bag, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Add chicken; shake to coat. Shake extra flour off chicken.
In a large skillet, brown chicken on both sides in oil. Stir in parsley and garlic. Cook and stir until garlic is tender.
Carefully add the sherry. Reduce heat to medium low. Cover; simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Makes 3 servings.
