Line a 9-inch metal pie plate with pastry. Trim and crimp edge. For filling: In a mixing bowl, combine sweet potato, sugar and spice. Add eggs and beat with a fork just until combined. Gradually stir in the milks; mix well.
Place the pastry-lined pie plate on the oven rack. Carefully pour filling into pastry shell.
To prevent overbrowning, cover edge of pie with foil. Bake in a 375 degree F oven 25 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 25 minutes more or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate within 2 hours; cover for longer storage.
Just before serving, sprinkle with marshmallows and candy. Broil 5 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly toasted.
