In a large saucepan, cook fettuccine according to package directions until just tender. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain; set aside.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together the cheese, raisins, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Stir in the eggs. Fold in fettuccine.
Turn mixture into a buttered 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Pat noodles down so they're covered with the egg mixture.
Bake in a 325 degree F oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until edges begin to brown Makes 8 side-dish servings.
