Carefully spread each frozen pancake with 1 tablespoon soft-style cream cheese. Spoon a rounded teaspoon of spreadable fruit on top of the cream cheese.
Make 4 stacks of 2 pancakes each. Place on a large microwave-safe platter. Microcook on 50 percent power (medium) for 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 minutes or until the stacks are heated through. Serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
