Mixology doesn't get any easier than this! Whip out this easy version of a classic Mexican cocktail for Cinco de Mayo, or just your average Taco Tuesday. The recipe comes from Kansas City's Mean Mule Distilling Co.
If desired, rim a Collins glass with salt by rubbing the rim with a lime wedge and dipping in salt on a plate. Fill glass with ice. Add tequila, lime juice and salt. Top off with soda. Garnish with a slice of lime.
You can also rim your glass with salt or a salt and sugar combo.
