  • In a blender or food processor, combine cranberries, pecans, vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, salt and pepper. Cover and blend or process until nearly smooth. With the machine running, drizzle in the oil until combined. Store, covered, in the refrigerator up to 1 week. Stir before serving.
