Consider this oven-roasted mélange a hands-free stir-fry. It's fantastic over rice or as a side to pork.
Preheat oven to 425°. In a 15x10x1-inch baking pan, combine cabbage, carrot, almonds and ginger. Drizzle with vegetable oil; toss to coat. Roast for 10 minutes. Stir in plums. Roast 10 to 15 minutes more, or until cabbage is wilted and starting to brown.
Meanwhile, combine sesame oil, sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce and green onions. Drizzle over cabbage mixture; toss to coat.
