If you like chili with beans, add some pintos to this spicy beef sirloin chili.
In a kettle, cook beef, onion, and garlic in hot oil until meat is brown.
Stir in water, tomato sauce, chili powder, Masa Harina (if you like), paprika, cumin, jalapeno juice, salt, oregano, and red pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 2 hours. Top each serving with green onions, if you like. Makes 4 or 5 servings.
