• Crumble meat into a microwave-safe 2-quart casserole. Add dried onion. Cover loosely; microwave on 100 percent power (high) for 5 to 6 minutes or until meat is brown, stirring after 3 minutes.

  • Drain off fat. Stir in soup and dip. Cover and microwave for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.

  • Using a sharp knife, cut an "X" in top of each Speedy Microwave Potato. Spoon the beef mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle with pepper. Makes 4 servings.

Speedy Microwave Potatoes:

Scrub 4 oval-shaped baking potatoes (about 2 pounds total); pierce potatoes with a fork. Arrange about 1 inch apart on a large microwave-safe plate. Microwave on 100 percent power (high) for 12 to 18 minutes or until tender, turning the potatoes after 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Cover the cooked potatoes with foil; let stand for 6 minutes while preparing topping.
