Spread potatoes over the bottom of a greased 2-quart square baking dish. In a medium bowl combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream; stir in corned beef, onion, and sweet pepper. Spread corned beef mixture over potatoes.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree F oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and top begins to brown. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika just before serving.
