Stir together catsup and honey. Arrange pork chops in a 12x7-1/2x2-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over chops. Top each pork chop with a slice of lemon.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree F oven about 1 hour or until meat is tender and juices run clear. Makes 6 servings.
This sauce is delicious over chicken pieces, too.
