In a saucepan, mix tomato sauce, molasses, peppers, water, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir in your choice of meat. Bring the mixture to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Split rolls. Ladle meat mixture onto rolls. Serve with forks. Makes 8 servings.
