To add some flavor, sprinkle with salt, pepper or another seasonings of your choice.
Preheat oven to 300°F. Rinse, dry and remove stems from kale. Cut leaves into fairly large pieces (about 8 cups loosely packed).
In a large bowl, toss kale in the oil to coat. Sprinkle with salt; toss to coat.
Arrange kale in a single layer on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake about 20 minutes or until kale is crisp and just starting to brown, taking care not to burn it. Cool slightly before serving.
