Ham with Leeks and Dilled Potatoes
In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add potatoes and leek; cook for 5 minutes, turning mixture occasionally with a spatula. Fold in ham. Cook for 2 minutes more. Add asparagus and the water; sprinkle with pepper. Cook, covered, for 3 minutes.Advertisement
