• In a bowl combine the first five ingredients (through pepper). Add stuffing mix, stirring to coat. Stir in eggs, spinach, and the 1/2 cup feta. Using your hands, shape into four 1/2-inch-thick patties.

  • Heat a griddle or large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until browned and heated through, turning once. Serve in buns with desired toppers.


Cut four 1/2-inch slices of baguette-style French bread into 1/2-inch cubes. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a 300°F oven 10 minutes; let cool.
