  • In a small saucepan, melt butter or margarine. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. Set aside.

  • In a 2- or 2-1/2-quart casserole, combine apple, pear, and pineapple. Pour brown sugar mixture over fruit.

  • Bake, covered, in a 350 degree F oven about 25 minutes or until fruit is crisp-tender.

  • Stir in cherries, peach slices, and grapes. Bake about 15 minutes more or until heated through. Stir in halved orange slices. Serve warm. Makes 8 servings.
