In a large skillet, cook kielbasa about 3 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring often.
Add onion and sweet peppers and cook about 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Add hash brown potatoes, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and hot pepper sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat about 15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, poach, scramble, or fry eggs as you like. Transfer kielbasa mixture to warm serving plates. Top each portion of hash with 2 eggs. Serve with toast. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
