Bring brick cheese and cream cheese to room temperature.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat shredded brick cheese, cream cheese, and bottled hot pepper sauce with an electric mixer on medium speed till mixture is nearly smooth.
Serve as a spread with bread, crackers, or bagel chips. Makes 1-1/2 cups spread.
For a warm, fondue like dip, micro cook the spread in a microwave-safe bowl on 100 percent power (high) for 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until warm, stirring once. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve as a dip or fondue.
