Add the eggnog, vodka and amaretto to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until very cold. Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a bit of freshly grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.

So simple but elegant! I love how the brown sugar rim looks, and it tastes so good when you get a bit of it mixed in with the drink. This is definitely my favorite way to enjoy a bit of egg nog over the holiday season and get those special sips in while I can. Hope you get a bit of nog in your noggin as well!
