Easy Balsamic Chicken
Place each chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap. Pound each lightly with the flat side of a meat mallet to make an even thickness (about 1/2 inch). Remove plastic wrap.Advertisement
Place the chicken in a shallow dish. In a small bowl or small glass measure, combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and marinate 1 to 4 hours.
Place chicken on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals. Grill, uncovered, for 10 to 12 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer registers 170°, turning once and brushing with marinade halfway through grilling time. Discard any remaining marinade.
