  • In a small pitcher or 2-cup glass measure, combine lime juice, horseradish, and celery seeds. Mash the mixture with the end of a wooden spoon to blend and break up the celery seeds. Pour in the tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and black pepper. Stir everything together to combine.
