In a medium saucepan, bring the water to boiling. Remove from heat. Add tea bags. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Stir in lemonade concentrate and honey, stirring until honey is dissolved. Cool for 30 minutes.
Transfer tea to a 1-1/2-quart pitcher. Cover; chill for several hours.
To serve, pour tea over ice cubes in tall glasses. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices. Chill remaining tea for up to 2 days. Makes 6 servings.
