Place bread cubes in a greased 2-quart square baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon. Carefully pour over bread cubes.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree F. oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until puffed and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving. Serve with warm Bread Pudding Sauce. Makes 8 serving.
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and flour. Stir in water. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. If not using sauce immediately, cover with plastic wrap. If sugar crystals begin to form, reheat in microwave, uncovered, on 100 percent power (High) for 10 to 20 seconds and stir. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
