In a medium bowl, combine honey, lemon juice, orange peel, orange juice and snipped or dried mint. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.
In a large serving bowl, combine grapes, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.
To serve, carefully pour dressing over fruit mixture; toss gently. If you like, sprinkle with rose petals or fresh mint leaves.
Place fruit mixture in plastic container and chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours. Transport in an insulated cooler with ice packs.
