Place mango slices in a blender container. Cover and blend until pureed.
In a bowl, combine apple, banana, pineapple, cantaloupe, strawberries, and raisins. Pour mango puree over fruit; gently toss to coat. Spoon into 6 parfait glasses. Drizzle each with honey. Top each with whipped cream; sprinkle with pistachios and a mint sprig, if you like. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
